Academy Signs MOU on Strategic Cooperation with Ping An Group

Cooperation between the Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy and Ping An Group will be further enhanced as the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation on Aug. 11.

According to the MOU, the two sides will work closer in areas including brand promotion, market expansion, innovative teaching and smart applications to better share with the world Shenzhen’s reform and opening up and innovation-driven development stories.

Sheng Ruisheng, secretary of the board of directors of Ping An Group and the group’s brand director, welcomed the visit of academy staffers.

According to Sheng, as a local enterprise that benefits from the city’s reform and opening up drives and a national pioneer in enterprise digitization, the history of Ping An Group is a perfect epitome of the history of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. He spoke highly of the academy’s high positioning, innovative teaching philosophies and rich teaching resources, and expressed Ping An Group’s willingness to share its experience in digitization and transforming technologies.

Du Peng, deputy Party secretary of Ping An Group, executive deputy director of the group’s smart city development committee and deputy head of the group’s science committee, said that the key to telling the city’s stories well lies in telling the city’s numerous entrepreneurship stories well, and that the stories of Ping An Group is without doubt one of the most representative and encouraging among them. He also expressed his confidence on the fruits this cooperation will yield. 5.jpg

Chen Min, Party secretary and vice executive head of the academy, lauded Ping An Group’s achievements over the past decade. He pointed out that by exploiting respective advantages, the two sides can join hands in multiple areas and contribute to the city’s efforts in building a demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
