1、Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

Class theme: Building a world-class platform to resolve commercial disputes and arbitrate cases involving non-Chinese entities

Basic facts：Founded in 1983, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) became the first arbitration institution established after China's reform and opening up. The first arbitration institution in the Pearl Delta, SCIA has played an active role in the innovative development of international arbitration in Shenzhen over the past 38 years.

2、Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court

The center provides fast-track services of patent acceptance, review, authorization and confirmation for companies of the key industries in Shenzhen. 4、Shenzhen Civil Code Park

Basic facts：The rule of law is one of five strategic goals for Shenzhen to build a pioneering demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Shenzhen Civil Code Park is built to mark a major milestone in China’s legislation – the birth of the Civil Code. The park, as a law education base for the public and gathering venue for law professionals, will help the promote knowledge about the Civil Code.

Class theme: Educating the public about the socialist legal syste

Basic facts：To promote the rule of law, pay tribute to Yantian’s achievements in legal governance and educate the public, the district has set up this base.
