Shenzhen Innovation Experience "1+5" Special Course | Lifeblood: Shenzhen's Successful Practice of Promoting High-quality Development of Real Economy

In July this year, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a Notice on Promoting and Drawing lessons from Shenzhen Special Economic Zone's Innovative Measures and Experience, which consists of 47 articles in five aspects. Basic research mainly include establishing "financial + + technology + + industrialization of achievement of science and technology talent support" the whole process of innovation ecosystem, establish and improve the systems and mechanisms to promote the development of real economy, high quality, building type, with emphasis on the rule mechanism linking system open new pattern, innovation, high quality equilibrium in public service supply system, the innovation of urban modernization management system and management ability.

This fully shows that the experience shenzhen has gained in reform and opening up since the new era under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is of great value to the whole country. Therefore, to explain these successful practices and explain clearly the formation background, theoretical basis, academic basis and deep-seated experience of these practices will not only help promote shenzhen's experience better, but also help Shenzhen to further promote the reform and opening up on the basis of summing up the experience.

Therefore, shenzhen Executive Leadership Academy of Reform and Opening up, as the only executive leadership academy in China named after "reform and opening up", is an important mission to tell the story of Shenzhen and the story of reform and opening up in the new era well.
