Decoding Qianhai a success

Co-sponsored by the Organization Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the authority of Qianhai, the training program “Strategic decoding and execution---with Qianhai as an example” was successfully held in Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy from June 20 to 23.

Based on detailed demand surveys and multilateral communication, the academy innovatively constructed a three-step curriculum system that includes both theoretical and practical perspectives. In this system,  trainees studied and practiced actively, transforming the knowledge they obtained in lectures and seminars into a methodology to guide practice in Qianhai’s case and output the strategic decoding implementation plan. Five study groups were efficiently configured and produced a topic report with clear ideas, complete structure, and innovative views.

This creative training program also involved professors from Zhejiang University, Tongji University, and the executive leadership academy, with all the professors served as an expert panel to guide and evaluate. Experts said that this program was a wonderful exploration in the innovative practice of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting the modernization of our governance system and governance capacity with the specific methodology of "systematization, integrity and synergy."
