—Training course of young and middle-aged officials is successfully held

Young officials are the hope for developing the cause of the Party and the country. President Xi Jinping presented at the opening ceremonies of young and middle-aged officials' training programs six times in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) and expressed high expectations on young officials since the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017.

To further empower young and middle-aged officials, the Organization Department of the CPC Heyuan Municipal Committee initiated its 2022 study session for young and middle-aged officials from May 9 to 13 in Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy. As an international training and practicing platform and a showcase of Shenzhen's achievements, the academy provides various teaching forms such as lectures, case studies, seminars and group discussions. Heyuan trainees learned not only Shenzhen's successful experiences of the reform and opening-up, but also theoretical and practical knowledge.

Happened to be the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, young officials from Heyuan watched Xi's speech during the celebration ceremony on May 10 and actively expressed their opinions in the discussion. They said that they would exert themselves in the training program and their daily work, enhance the "Seven Fundamental Capacities of Officials" and serve the people more diligently. With social responsibility and the mission of realizing the national rejuvenation, the young trainees are willing to dedicate their passion and aspiration to fulfilling the China dream and creating a better tomorrow.
