Training on Innovative Thinking for Young Cadres Successfully Held

To better learn and put into practiceXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and enhance the capabilities of young cadres, the Organization Department of the CPC Committee of Guangdong University of Technology entrusted Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy to hold a training on innovative thinking for youth cadres from April 25 to 28. The training attracted a total of 44 trainees.

Li Jingmao, member of the Standing Committee，Head of the Organization Department and the United Front Work Department of the CPC Committee of Guangdong University of Technology, attended the training’s opening ceremony.

Li encouraged students to learn from Shenzhen’s pioneer spirit and innovative drive, to cherish learning opportunities and improve their capabilities, to combine knowledge with action, and to solve problems with innovative thinking.

According to He Li, member of the CPC Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy, young cadres from Guangdong University of Technology came to Shenzhen to learn the experience of the special economic zone, which was meaningful for the interconnected and joint development of Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The training consisted of three topic-based courses, one case teaching course, six on-the-spot teaching courses and one group discussion.

After the four-day training, which was a vivid education on the Party’s history and a great practice for innovative thinking, students said that theywould combine knowledge with action and put into practice what they have learned to contribute to the development of the university and the society.
