Suzhou high-level talents training successfully held in SZ

The 2021 Suzhou High-level Talents Training Themed on Patriotism, Hardworking and Contribution was held in Shenzhen from April 25 to 30, attracting 56 trainees including innovative and entrepreneurial talents, Gusu District leading talents and leading science talents above municipal levels from Jiangsu Province.

The training was hosted by Suzhou Leading Group Office for Talents and Suzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and organized by Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy.

Fang Min, member of the CPC committee and vice president of Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Fang gave an introduction on the construction and development of the academy and the training course design, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the hosts for the support and trust.

The training, focusing on policies, industries and enterprises, invited experts and scholars with rich experience and solid theoretical research background to share their knowledge.

At the class closing ceremony, student representatives shared their learning experiences. Xia Lei, head of the talents division of Suzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, made a summary on this training. Xia gave a thumbs-up to the training arrangement, the teaching content and the high-quality logistic service.

Xia said that the training classes served as a real exchange platform for high-level talents. The teaching contents combined macro aspect with micro aspect, and theory with practice. It was a feast of knowledge and ideas, which inspired talents to think deeply about industrial development and enterprise strategies.

At the grand gathering to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (SEZ) last year, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, pointed out that the new trends require new responsibilities and call for ambitious endeavors, and reform is a never-ending task and will face continuous difficulties. Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy will join hands with students from across the country to work hard and forge ahead.
