Senior officials from Singapore conclude training programme in Shenzhen

A delegation of senior public service officials from Singapore has completed a training programme in Shenzhen, focusing on digital governance and technological innovation. The programme was organised in collaboration with Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Civil Service College and Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy.

The programme offered the Singaporean officials an immersive experience of Shenzhen’s innovation ecosystem. The agenda combined expert lectures with visits to key institutions and leading enterprises. Participants gained first-hand insights into integrated digital services at the Shenzhen Municipal Government Service Centre, explored cutting-edge applications at the Shenzhen Urban Air Mobility Operations Demonstration Centre, and held discussions with technology leaders from companies such as Tencent and SmartMore.


The programme also facilitated in-depth dialogue on digital transformation, smart city development and artificial intelligence governance, providing a platform for mutual learning between Shenzhen and Singapore.

Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy reaffirmed its role as a bridge for international exchange and looks forward to further collaboration, contributing to shared progress in digital governance and regional development.
