Ningze Han

Ningze Han is a lecturer at the Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy. He holds a master’s degree in communications and new media, and his main research areas include building officials and cadres’ problem-solving capabilities in the new area, improving public opinion guiding abilities, and Qianhai’s rule of law construction. He participated in the formulation of the academy’s curriculum and several teaching projects, and has rich experience in teaching about Shenzhen’s reform and opening up history.
