Hang Li

Hang Li, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a senior full-time teacher at the Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy. He previously taught at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin in Thailand. Li teaches about China’s reform and opening up history, situation and policy analysis as well as practices and learning of Party cadres. He has passed the level 3 national examination for secretaries (foreign affairs) and is a certified action learning facilitator. He has won first prizes in numerous city-level speech contests and has given lectures to more than 20,000 Party cadres and enterprise employees.
