Yulong Jia

Yulong Jia is an associate professor at the Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Executive Leadership Academy. He graduated from the business school of Jilin University with a master’s degree in management studies. His work focuses on two areas: examining and evaluating the contents, forms and efficiency of cadre education and training activities and exploring a set of student-centered, question-oriented teaching methods, and studying about reforms and innovative development of organizations, entrepreneurship economy and innovation-driven development. Courses he teaches include Innovation as a Driving Force - Shenzhen's Practices, Comrade Deng Xiaoping and the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and From Imitator to Leader - the Story of Tencent.
